Welcome to JambNest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JambNest platform, including all educational tools, CBT training systems, AI-powered assistance, video lessons, and premium services.
By accessing or using JambNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
JambNest is an educational platform designed to support students in their academic preparation and examination success through digital learning tools and resources.

Eligibility

JambNest is intended for students, learners, and individuals preparing for academic examinations such as JAMB, O’Level, and other related assessments.
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you meet the legal requirements to use educational digital services in your region and that you are using JambNest for lawful and educational purposes only.
If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use or access the platform.

Account Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information, including usernames, passwords, and any other login credentials.
All activities, actions, or transactions carried out under a user account are deemed to have been performed by the account holder, whether authorized or not.
Users agree to immediately notify JambNest of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of their account.
JambNest shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from a user’s failure to secure their account information.

Use of Platform

JambNest is provided strictly for educational and learning purposes, including examination preparation, practice, and skill development.
Users agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times.
Users must not misuse, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the functionality, security, or integrity of the platform or any of its services.
Any use of automated systems, exploitation of bugs, unauthorized access attempts, or actions that may harm the platform or other users is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to JambNest services.

Premium Services & Payments

Some features and services within JambNest are offered under paid subscription plans (“Premium Services”).
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. JambNest does not store full payment card or banking details on its servers.
Access to Premium Services is granted only after successful payment confirmation and verification from the respective payment provider.
Subscription fees, where applicable, are clearly communicated prior to payment and are subject to change at the discretion of JambNest.
Failure or delay in payment confirmation from third-party providers may result in temporary restriction of access until verification is completed.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the JambNest platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to hack, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or system loopholes
• Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying platform code or services
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access or manipulate the platform
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including payment manipulation or false claims
• Misusing the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to JambNest, without prior notice.

Content Ownership

All content available on JambNest, including but not limited to CBT questions, study materials, video lessons, AI-generated responses, graphics, design elements, and platform features, are the intellectual property of JambNest unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content strictly for personal and educational purposes.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling, or redistributing any content from JambNest without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of JambNest content may result in legal action and termination of access to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

JambNest is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of the content and services provided, we do not guarantee that all information will be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JambNest shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or outcomes arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to academic performance, examination results, or technical issues. Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to JambNest services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a user is found to have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in prohibited activities, or misused the platform in any way.
Termination may also occur if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform or its users.
Upon termination, users may lose access to their account and associated data, without liability on the part of JambNest.

Changes to Terms

We may update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, features, legal requirements, or operational needs.
When updates are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where material changes are made, we may also provide additional notice through appropriate channels, which may include email notifications or platform announcements.
Continued use of JambNest after any updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
