All payments made on JambNest for premium services, subscriptions, or digital learning access are considered final and non-refundable once successfully processed and confirmed.
Digital Services
Since JambNest provides instant access to digital educational content, CBT tools, AI assistant features, and learning resources, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been activated or accessed.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
In cases of failed transactions or duplicate charges confirmed by our payment provider (e.g. Squadco or other gateways), users may contact support for verification and possible resolution or reversal.
Subscription Access Issues
If a user does not receive access after payment, they are advised to contact JambNest support for prompt verification and restoration of access where applicable.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after payment
• Inability to use the platform due to user-side issues
• Misunderstanding of service features or pricing
